When you ask a local people what is the delicious food in Xiamen, they would recommend the Shacha noodles. Shacha noodles is very famous in Xiamen. Everyone lives in Xiamen like it very much. The soup base is made by special shacha sauce. And people go to the snack shop can add some foods into the noodles such as shrimp meat, fish ball, and so on
