Barbecue is unique snack from Xinjiang. The practice of it is insert mutton slices into fork and roast it on fire. People will put some spices on mutton like pepper and salt. The surface can appear gold gravy that eaters can’t stop eating it. Barbecue can also use some different kinds of meat and vegetable dishes
